We specialize in corporate ethnography, which is the study of corporate culture. As proponents of more rigorous diversity and inclusion efforts lead by James Felton Keith, we think that organizations identify more solutions to problems by identifying their people first. 

Identity matters can be tackeled by narrowing the cultural demographics of individuals both internally and externally, in order to empower good decision making by leadership.
