Juneteenth was declared a public holiday

in 2020 by New York's Governor and in 2021 by the US Congress, but we've been celebrating it across three centuries.

5K Route

12PM: Highbridge Park

Edgecombe & 168th Street

End: Morningside Park

237-331 Manhattan Ave, New York, NY 10026

A solidarity march in the form of a 5K walk/run with NYC-based run crews and community groups. The event will cover Highbridge, Jackie Robinson, Saint. Nicholas, and Morningside Parks from The Heights to Harlem.

Immediately following the 5K we are hosting the Marching Cobras, and collaborating with community groups passionate about health and wellness.
