Diversity & Inclusion is an old part of corporate human resources and operational strategy. Our research finds more and more that LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender) inclusion is a gauge for how Millennials and younger people view overall inclusion of diverse groups within an enterprise space. LGBT POCs (People of Color) are arguably the most at risk community on the planet. Integration is a priority of ours.
