Diversity & Inclusion is an old part of corporate human resources and operational strategy. Our research finds more and more that LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender) inclusion is a gauge for how Millennials and younger people view overall inclusion of diverse groups within an enterprise space. LGBT POCs (People of Color) are arguably the most at risk community on the planet and integration is a priority of ours.

Over the years, Ki has advised and built long lasting organizations that foster inclusion of LGBT individuals in the normal economic activity of their local, national, and international communities. In 2017 James Felton Keith became the 1st Black LGBT person to run for federal office via US Congress, encouraging many more to seek formal governmental power while wearing their identities proudly and remembering that "pride is a protest".
